About the owners:
Ian Broom – Director
Ian has held software developer, IT manager, systems manager, account manager, and project manager positions across a range of businesses including consulting, financial services, and digital in Australia and the UK.
He has worked with a range of businesses throughout his career including Apple, Google, The Carphone Warehouse, Barclays Capital, Marriott, and a range of other businesses including startups.
Ian’s skills include technical, infrastructure, marketing, business, and communication; he specialises in utilising IT and the web for business.
Jonathan Geitner – Director
Jonathan has held various positions across Europe, the USA and the UK in turning businesses around through strategic planning.
His experiences encompass rebranding and repositioning businesses, including luxury five star hotels in London and transforming these businesses into more successful operations through marketing, both online and offline, sales and negotiations to restructuring teams.
He has worked with a range of businesses throughout his career including The Savoy, Claridge’s, The Connaught, The Berkeley, (drove sales by £4m in two years), The London Heathrow Marriott Hotel (a part of the opening team and making the hotel the most successful hotel in the Whibread collection at the closing of the first year of the operation), The London Marriott Hotel County Hall, (The London Marriott Hotel County Hall was taken from £13m turnover to £19m turnover in just 3 years), the Kensington Hilton and a range of other smaller businesses including startups, such as White Star in Santa Barbara, California.
Jonathan’s skills include project management, marketing both on and off line, sales, PR, business, and communication.
